About Us

For decades, the Elks Lodge at 600 W Kemp Avenue has been Watertown's living room, the place where friends meet for ribeyes cooked exactly right, where Dorothy remembers your favorite table, and where the jambalaya pasta comes loaded with Southern spice and generosity. Locals know the steaks never disappoint, whether it's an eight-ounce sirloin done to perfection or the loaded baked potatoes that arrive steaming and overflowing. The raspberry vinaigrette on simple salads surprises with its brightness. More than a restaurant, this is where neighbors catch up over plates too generous to finish alone, where early November dinners turn into long conversations, and where the same families return week after week because the food is always excellent and the welcome always warm. The Elks Lodge proves that great American lodges still know how to feed both body and community.

What We Offer

Our kitchen delivers generous portions of hand-cut steaks cooked to order, including perfectly seared 8oz sirloins and rich ribeyes that keep guests returning. Signature Southern dishes like jambalaya pasta arrive packed with bold spices and generous portions meant for sharing. Fresh salads come with standout house-made dressings, especially our popular raspberry vinaigrette. The full-service dining room offers a relaxed lodge atmosphere perfect for weeknight dinners, weekend celebrations, or simply enjoying a reliable meal with friends. Whether you're craving comfort food classics or celebrating a special occasion, every plate reflects the same standard of excellence our members and guests have counted on for years.

"Jambalaya pasta was excellent, great southern spices and more than anyone could eat . The salad was very basic, but the raspberry vinaigrette was very good. My wife and mother ordered ribeye steaks that were mouthwatering and done just as ordered. The vegetables tho were slightly overdone. The combo appetizers platter was as good as advertised except the chicken tenders, which the waitress warned us the cook had trouble with. Because of that and her excellent service I give her 5.5 stars. Prices are reasonable so I highly recommend them for recovering from their kitchen fire. Come and join them for a good meal and buy a raffle ticket to help them pay for the repairs to their kitchen!"

"Here for early November dining. Dorothy was our waitress, and she was great. The steaks do not disappoint. I had the 8oz Sirloin, done to perfection, the chef has our compliments. The load baked was...well loaded...and heavenly. This place does a great job for a very reasonable price."
